Dennis Koleda, Service Coordinator

Sunrise Detox Service Coordinator Dennis Koleda joined Sunrise Detox in March of 2015. His role includes setting up aftercare treatment, reviewing insurance issues and assisting with crisis intervention.

Dennis prides himself on helping others and creating an environment that allows for their successful recovery. His role entails making sure that the detox process goes smoothly. He will often seek insights into the personal lives of our clients, making sure that private situations do not interfere with the process of recovery. With a personal connection rooted in friends and family that have struggled with addiction, he enjoys creating the right environment so that our clients are successful.

Antonio Cubano, M.D., Medical Director

Antonio Cubano M.D. is Medical Director of Sunrise Detox in Orlando, Florida. He is Board Certified in both Psychiatry and Adolescent Psychiatry, having completed a Psychology internship at the University of Connecticut, and both a General Psychiatry Residency and a Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at the University of Miami. Dr. Cubano is Certified for Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).

Dr. Cubano's private practice included diagnosis and treatment of primary psychopathology across all age groups, as well as the complex interaction between primary medical illness and coexisting psychopathology. His prior professional activities included providing outpatient and inpatient psychiatric treatment at several Florida hospitals, and participation in adolescent and child drug clinical trials research addressing Major Depressive Disorder, Attention-deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, Attention-deficit/Hyperactivity disorder associated, Migraines, Bipolar disorder, and insomnia.

Alexis Lee, Business Development representative

Alexis Lee, Certified Addictions Professional (CAP) through the Florida Certification Board earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and Associate degree in Science in Addiction Specialization from Daytona State College.

Alexis began her career in healthcare at the age of 18 as a mental health technician for Jax Therapy. She has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, the majority of which working in the field of addiction treatment. Over the years she has held a variety of different positions in both inpatient and outpatient settings, including Addictions Counselor and Program Director of Treatment for Flagler County Drug Court, and Admissions and Community Outreach for Recovery Keys.

With her knowledge of recovery, education, and compassion, Alexis maintains and develops relationships with the community, clients, and outside organizations. Her goal to assist as many people as possible to recover from substance alcohol use.

Felicia Parris, CES, Business Development Representative

Born and raised in Georgia, Felicia Parris, CES, relocated to Florida to continue her career in substance use treatment as a Business Development Representative for Sunrise Detox's Orlando location. She is a Certified Experiential Specialist, (CES) and is awaiting testing for Certified Addiction Counseling (CAC).

Former Women’s Program Director for Cornerstone Recovery Residences in Roswell, GA, Felicia is passionate about helping individuals overcome their struggles with substance use. Being in long-term recovery herself, she knows what a blessing it is to watch clients go from being broken and shattered to becoming whole again.

By developing relationships with outside sources and entities in the central Florida area, Felicia provides knowledge of Sunrise Detox's services allowing more substance and alcohol users to get the treatment they need to recover.
